In essence, the outline that you see in Word's Outline view is translated into a PowerPoint outline. Level 3 headings become second-level bullet points, and so on. Level 2 headings turn into top-level bullet points. When you import an MS Word document, Level 1 headings (formatted "Heading 1" in Word) turn into the titles of new slides. From inside PowerPoint, choose File | Open and in the Files of Type box, choose All Outlines.From inside Word, choose File | Send To | Microsoft Office PowerPoint.Outlines in Word can be imported directly into PowerPoint in either of two ways: How many times have you been asked to give a presentation based on an existing report or other document?
